Noovo’s Brand New Off-Grid Camper Van Has a 7′ Roof and an Elevator Bed
Check out this latest offering from Noovo, a Class B manufacturer based in Las Vegas. They’ve made one of the tallest campervans yet!
If you’re looking for a campervan that feels extra spacious inside, you’ll want to see the Noovo Plus camper. Many people write me asking which van is best for TALL people, and this might be it. This camper has the highest ceiling of any van out there, with 7′ of headroom.
Another interesting feature is the elevator bed, which goes up to the ceiling with a simple push of a button, revealing a sitting area beneath.
Noovo operates out of Las Vegas and builds all its vans on the Ram Promaster 3500 chassis. Let’s take a look at what you’ll get in this camper, which comes out fall of 2024.

The Super High Van Roof from Noovo
One of the key features of the “Noovo Plus” is the standing room inside.
Picture this: a 7-foot interior ceiling height with a 10-foot exterior profile. As someone who has a high-roof Sprinter van, that extra high ceiling might get a little dicey with strong gusts of wind, but otherwise, it’s really a great thing for taller people. I’d love to see this van in person and do a walkthrough to test out that height difference.
The Noovo Plus camper is built on the Dodge Ram Promaster 3500 Super High Roof Van, allowing for all that extra space.
European-Inspired Interior Design
Step inside, and you might forget you’re in a van at all. The interior screams European chic, with a U-shaped lounge with a table beneath the elevator bed that’s as versatile as it is stylish. It’s perfect for lounging with friends or converting into an extra bed when needed.
The interior does look a little bit tight inside, though, compared to the European campervans we’ve tried overseas.
I do like the look of the rounded corners and self-locking drawers. It’s a beautiful interior design!
Noovo Plus’s Power Lift Bed System
This power lift bed system is similar to what you see in the Winnebago Revel, but when the bed is in the “up” position, it reveals a U-shaped sitting area with a table beneath. The Revel doesn’t have this type of seating area which is something I love with the Noovo Plus.
With the touch of a button, you can adjust your queen-sized RV mattress to the perfect height. Gone are the days of awkwardly climbing into a cramped sleeping space.
I also like that the lounge beneath turns into an extra bed so you can sleep four in this camper.
The Noovo Plus Kitchen
One of the biggest challenges of van life is maintaining a semblance of normalcy, especially when it comes to cooking. With a larger fridge, a permanent freezer system, and an induction stovetop, you’re all set to make delicious meals on the go.
You Can Stay Off-Grid for 7 Days
Noovo has nailed the off-grid lifestyle with its power and water systems. The Noovo Plus has 660Ah to a 1320Ah of reliable lithium battery power and 400W of solar. This system powers the fridge, hot water heater, air conditioning unit, power lift bed, and more. It’s truly a robust system, but keep in mind you won’t be able to run your air conditioner 100% of the time while off-grid, even with tons of solar.
The van also has a 40-gallon fresh water tank to keep your kitchen and bathroom working smoothly wherever you’re parked.
A Mobile Office on Wheels
Another thing the Noovo Plus has we find interesting is a drop-down workstation table you can use with on of the front swivel seats. That coupled with integrated Starlink Internet means you can get online anywhere, even deep in the mountains or the desert.
This is really appealing to me as someone who works full-time from her campervan.
The Noovo Plus Bathroom
The Noovo Plus has a separate bathroom with a permanent cassette toilet and hot water on demand in the shower. There’s also a powerful LED fan in there to sweep away humidity and smells.
So, How Much Does the Noovo Plus Cost?
Now, let’s talk numbers. Starting at $186,700, these vans aren’t cheap. For those looking to finance, monthly payments start from $1,248. Not an insignificant amount, and you have to make sure you have the budget for this sort of campervan!
Other Campervans from Noovo
The Noovo Plus campervans come out fall of 2024, and there are two other options on the market, including the Noovo Pop, featuring a pop-top tent, and the Noovo Lite.
You can check out all these vans on Noovo’s website.
