Although small, it’s one of the more versatile 4-season travel trailer on our list, making it perfect for couples, solo travelers, or anyone that has a smaller tow vehicle.

The Jayco Eagle HT offers several floor plans with options great for couples, individuals, or entire families. With sleeping capacities of 4 to 10, there’s something for everyone. 

In addition to a wide range of outstanding interior features, an exterior kitchen, and a power awning, the Jayco Eagle HT is easily one of the best 4-season campers around. This is all thanks to its Climate Shield zero-degree weather protection, which includes: 

  • A 35,000 BTU furnace 
  • Fully enclosed and heated underbelly 
  • Double-layer fiberglass batt insulation 
  • Double-sided radiant barrier insulation

Keystone Cougar 22RBS

Much like the Northwood Arctic Fox, the Back Country series from Outdoors RV is designed to be taken anywhere into the great unknown. Outdoors RV specializes in heavy-duty travel trailers built to withstand any weather or elements.

The insulation on this 4-season travel trailer is impeccable. It features a fully enclosed and insulated underbelly, three layers of roof insulation, 1″ thick insulation on the doors, and more. 

The rig also has double-pane windows, a powerful furnace, and reflective insulation throughout. However, while cold temperatures are the specialty, models like the Back Country 20BD can also make you comfortable when the weather warms up.

This is also one of the few 4 season travel trailer models that doesn’t have a slide-out. Instead, it comes with a swing-out entertainment center and a  in the rear. Watch your shows comfortably from the convertible dinette, or enjoy nature out the panoramic rear window.

The other features that make the Outdoors RV Back Country Series travel trailers worth consideration for cold weather camping include 170-watt solar panels with a 5-stage, 30 amp charge controller, 100 gallons of fresh water storage, a quick access home defense bed safe, and a custom-built cambered off-road HD 8″ chassis.

The rest of the RV boasts a full kitchen with a sizeable refrigerator, and the master suite with a queen-size bed. Another element that we like about this four-season luxury travel trailer is that it has two skylights, letting plenty of natural light flood the interior.

Forest River Flagstaff Micro Lite 25FDB

Another of our favorite four-season travel trailers is the 25FKBS model from Forest River. This is part of the Micro-Lite series, which mostly features  So, if you’re worried about your vehicle’s towing capacity, you will appreciate the size of this RV. 

As far as seasonal protection goes, this rig has excellent insulation and thermopane windows, which are designed to trap heat. During the summer, you can simply open the windows so that you can get a cool breeze flowing inside the trailer.

This particular model comes with an electric fireplace as well, so you and your travel buddies can snuggle up to the fire when the temperatures drop outside. It also includes a 35,000 BTU furnace and a 15,000 BTU ducted air conditioning system.

The 25FDB’s Climate Protection Package also includes heated holding tanks and radiant foil in the front cap, underbelly, and sides. This ensures that the contents of your holding tanks won’t freeze, and neither will you!

When it comes to features, this four season travel trailer has everything you need. It has two slideouts – one in the master bedroom and one for the theater seating in the living area. It’s their first-ever Micro Lite travel trailer with a queen bed slide.

This rig also has pass-through storage to make it easier to bring materials in or out of the RV. The master bedroom even has its own entrance, offering more privacy than you would get with other RVs. 

Northwood Arctic Fox North Fork 32A

Therefore, for those with trucks that have higher towing capacities, the Northwood Arctic Fox North Fork 32A is truly a luxury travel trailer. It features two slideouts on the off-camp side and two entry doors on the camp side – one into the living room and the other directly into the master suite.

Speaking of that master suite, it boasts a comfortable queen bed with his and hers closets and extra storage space in the overhead cabinets. Plus, it has its own door to the bathroom, but there’s a second entry door so kids or guests don’t have to wake you up when the need arises in the middle of the night.

While insulation and heat are vital to a travel trailer’s ability to keep you warm when camping in cold weather conditions, you’ll also love lounging in this RV when the weather isn’t great outside.

The living room boasts two cross-stitch swivel rockers, a tri-fold sofa, and a freestanding dinette with four chairs. Plus, there’s the large LED TV mounted above the electric fireplace for plentiful ambiance and entertainment.

To conclude our list, we move from one of the largest 4 season trailers to one of the most compact. The Oliver Legacy Elite is easily one of our favorite 4-season campers on the market for couples or parents with one or two small children. 

Although they have limited space, a nimble travel trailer eases the learning curve for new RV owners, while also making it easier to find campsites. You’ll also have a wider variety of sites to choose from because you’ll be less likely to be restricted by campground length restrictions.
